Who We Are

The Abiquiu House and Amelia the Airstream were dreamed of and created by Pat Frazier.

In 1993 I moved to Abiquiu New Mexico to start the next Chapter in my life. I arrived with a degree in Radiology. After attending a six day Solar Adobe construction Workshop at Ghost Ranch I decided I would build my own house. I completed my  home in 1994 and when others saw the finished product, we were  commissioned to build nine  more homes. In the mean time, I was volunteering at the Restore for Habitat for Humanity and was able to use lots of wonderful recycled items to add charm to our creations. I also discoverd the beauty and wonder of antique wooden windows which I have transformed into architectural design pieces by adding mirror to them. My antique wooden window mirrors may also be seen in our Fabulous Art Studio on the same 23 acres which accomodate the Abiquiu House and Amelia.

It is my Hope and Intention to have created Beautiful &  Peaceful Sanctuaries to rejuvenate Oneself and to share this Magical Land.
